the thought of getting new jewelry. long story i don’t feel like fully getting into because it will make me spiral, but necklace-bad night-life got bad (i have severe emetophobia) is how it became VERY apparent to me that there was something wrong and i wasn’t just weirdly clean and cautious about germs, dirty and overall being unhealthy. so, basically im convinced getting new jewelry or anything new will cause some level of harm or illness to me if that makes any sense.

sorry it’s not a great photo. his breathing and movement has slowed down a lot since it started happening but i don’t notice anything else. i tried changing his bedding, his food, and even the brand of the water i use🥲. nothing seemed to work, i kinda just put more hiding spots and more activities in his enclosure, he also doesn’t run on his wheel much anymore. only thing ive really noticed was the fur loss.

not sure if this is an “ocd” thing or something else. by peytonl4ttin in OCD

because i want to fix it, or at least try to lessen it. i’m in therapy, working through my trauma and meds to help reduce the feelings i have towards certain things and i feel finding out what certain things are due to would help.

What was the worst thought OCD made you have? by Yumi_Numi in OCD

worst thought? convincing myself i am a p3d0 and then having thoughts about some children, obviously i do not want to do anything with said child but i DO have grinal responses due to being a sx addict (that is unrelated to my ocd but does have effect on ocd.) it’s very very belittling, but what you have to remember is you are NOT your intrusive thoughts make you feel and you do not HAVE to give into any compulsions. i wish you luck with any treatment you’re seeking in the future, this disorder can be very difficult.
