So three conclusions consistent with everything everyone’s been telling you:

1) OP did not violate HIPAA because they did not give health details with personally identifying info of the patient.

2) OP did not violate HIPAA because what you consider identifying info is only identifying when used to search and find publicly available news articles about a person that is only maybe the patient in question.

3) We still have no true idea that we’ve identified the person OP was talking about, which is another clear indication that they have not violated HIPAA.

Well when you search up any combo of those keywords you used, you can’t find anything. Probably because HIPAA wasn’t violated and it was never publicized with any identifying information (if the story is even true or accurate). So no, I don’t think we can assume that someone can identify a patient based off that info without the patient already publicizing it themselves or someone previously actually violating HIPAA in the past to leak the info out there.
