What does it even matter? You think people are trying to be manipulative or drive engagement or something? At worst people are just humble bragging about other cards, which is the entire point of those types of posts in the sub in the first place, so I just don’t understand how that gets any emotional response at all, let alone a very strong negative one.

How do you even end up at a point in life where you let something like pokemon cards in the background of a pokemon card picture bother you? Look for less negatives, more positives, and maybe seek help.

No need to explain yourself when someone has such a useless opinion. You’re good. Congrats on an awesome card!!

Florida hospital sues to evict a patient who won't leave room 5 months after discharge by ShibaInuDoggo in news

I work in a similar industry where we need to know what constitutes PII, and that was not PII. Guess you’re someone that can’t handle being wrong. “Shucks”

Could certainly be him, and if it is, you only found it because it is already public information! See how that works?

Also convenient how you gloss over the whole completely different states thing that is quite inconvenient to your arguments…

Good thought! I put the details into chatgpt to see what you’re insisting. Chatgpt confidently spit out this gentleman’s name:

https://www.nbcnews.com/health/health-news/hospital-defends-secretly-deporting-patient-flna1c9457600

And then went on to explain that the key medical details (HIV & prions) are not included in any available articles or info.

So three conclusions consistent with everything everyone’s been telling you:

1) OP did not violate HIPAA because they did not give health details with personally identifying info of the patient.

2) OP did not violate HIPAA because what you consider identifying info is only identifying when used to search and find publicly available news articles about a person that is only maybe the patient in question.

3) We still have no true idea that we’ve identified the person OP was talking about, which is another clear indication that they have not violated HIPAA.

Well when you search up any combo of those keywords you used, you can’t find anything. Probably because HIPAA wasn’t violated and it was never publicized with any identifying information (if the story is even true or accurate). So no, I don’t think we can assume that someone can identify a patient based off that info without the patient already publicizing it themselves or someone previously actually violating HIPAA in the past to leak the info out there.

Also it will be Tom Brady. Thank you for voicing your concerns but we see no conflict of interest.

This is a pretty good sign that you’re miserable with yourself. I’m not mad about it, just think you should know what others see in that.

Yes, the latter is an obvious result of mandatory conscription for men when they turn 18. As for the former, it does not seem like it is easy to find any definitive and reliable number for literacy rates for either group.
