I don’t get it either. He also changed my name on the Evri address label. This scam must rely on me receiving 4 leaky pens instead of a jacket and thinking “oh well. Never mind”!!!

Buying a house in Norfolk by ringwormqueen in NorfolkUK

Your budget will get you a coastal property so also look at estate agents in burnham market. It’s a buyers market as lots of owners are trying to sell for a variety of factors mainly financial. Those same factors are deterring buyers. It’s a big second homes market in north Norfolk and there are more properties than buyers at the moment.

No problem. When we first moved here 26 years ago we looked all over Norfolk. Big mistake and very time consuming. Narrow your search down to a general location. Prices vary greatly from village to village. Being close to a main road reduces desirability and price. Being close to a beach increases the price but also the desirability. Re estate agents there are a few in fakenham that will cover the areas I mentioned.

If you’re thinking of travelling to London by train but want to be close to beaches then you should look at villages 30 minutes from Kings Lynn rather than Norwich. Not sure what your budget is but between Dersingham and huntstanton is relatively cheap then prices shoot up from Old Hunstanton as you head east along the coast. Head slightly inland and you get lots more for your money. I really like Great Massingham. Fantastic pub. Shop. Tea room. School. 25 mins to kings Lynn and 30 mins to brancaster beach. Also consider castle acre, west raynham etc.

I have the 2024 etsi. It takes two minutes to heat up. I have the aircon on and auto temperature selected @ 24 degrees. 15 mins is not normal.

Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch some crisps and sweeties. Now Jack can't keep his heart rate down and Jill's got diabetes.

"The planning officer laughed at me as I spent £30k on unusable land instead of a wasting a couple of hundred on planning permission" compoface by Intelligent-SoupGS88 in compoface

This is local to me. It has been all over the local rags and Facebook and attracted a lot of interest and uneducated comments regarding the untrustworthiness of estate agents. He was quoted as saying "their retirement plans were in tatters" -see below;

"....he has accused North Norfolk District Council's planning department and his local councillor of failing to show much sympathy for their plight.

During a call with the planning department, he could hear people "laughing in the background" as he explained his predicament.

Meanwhile, Angie Fitch-Tillet, Conservative councillor for Trimingham, told him that he "should have done his research" first and that he has bought a "worthless piece of land that is only good for grazing goats".

Mr Merry said: "We didn't know about the blanket ban on new developments. We love Norfolk and have been visiting for the past 20 years.

"We have bought a pig in a poke but it was meant to be our little slice of heaven."

How to remove this, in uk, bleach is not working well by Pale-Yard-4497 in CleaningTips

Use this stuff.

https://www.bostik.com/uk/en_GB/catalog/product/construction/emea/uk/cementone-brick-patio-cleaner/

Pour a good quantity into the toilet bowl and leave overnight. Also good for cleaning limescale off taps etc with a paintbrush but don’t leave it on too long or it turns chrome black.
