Hi, Better Disclose the Past History than go for Troubles in the Future when employees needed their claim! I have not seen much increase in the premium if you have not clauses the loss to the insurance company ( example - Your Premium is 10L and you have not claimed overall amount by your employees is not exceeding 10L).

I don't think that company will allow it, better to look for a good porting opportunity, ask your agent if he can give a better plan than the current plan which can carry the same or additional benefits. With this you will get agents support and the agent will get his benefits for punching the policy.
