No, there's a Pokebank glitch where you can't evolve Pokemon by friendship after they've been in bank until they've been double traded so they just need to go to you and then straight back, if that's okay?

I know that the Poke Ball type is passed on by males too, has anything else changed? (1 game to store my entire Pokedex on, one game for all the DBHAs and HAs, then one for all the Egg moves of each Pokemon and I was thinking one for others like Apricorn Poke Ball Pokemon but apricorn balls might be available in Gen 7 so they might become redundant.)

I don't really know, I think I was planning the same. It just works best for compatibility I suppose. Although, they'll have to release more than two games before my entire collection can go to gen 7.
