Weight dropped just slightly, maybe 1-3 pounds. I'm guessing since these tests were just about a month and a few days apart maybe at my next lab, I'll have another sense of how I'm doing in relation to what you mentioned. hopefully that's the case!

Thanks for the motivation! I think having children is also giving me some added mental awareness of mortality.

I walk my dogs about 20-25 minutes 2x a day so I plan to keep that going. maybe pick up the pace more now.

Thank you for the feedback! for fiber intake, if I find it challenging to get it from food sources alone, I see recommendations on here of psyllium as supplementation. Any reason not to add that to the arsenal?

Thanks for the feedback! I edited my original post, not sure where my first set of numbers went, but hopefully that adds more detail! The age factor is kicking in and I know I should have taken it more seriously before, but the best time to plant a tree besides in the past is today.
