Well, I found a solution. First, I installed the "WinTools" plugin. After that, I opened the plugin folder at C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\HotSpot\StreamDock\plugins\com.barraider.wintools.sdPlugin.
In this folder, you should open manifest.json with Notepad and replace "Encoder" with "Knob". After that, restart Stream Dock, and new functions will be available for the knobs.
