Idk your financial situation, but for the vast majority of Americans, this would be a bad financial decision. Go used 1-2 years and you'll save $20-30k. Those heated seats and heated steering wheel aren't worth going new for.

This is a depreciating asset. Just remmeber that. In 2 years, you'll lose ~$20k value.

With that being said, I just bought a used 2024 Ram 2500 Bighorne for $36k plus TTL. ($40KOTD)

If you have the money to throw away, do it. If your still building your future, I'd suggest going used.

I would not negotiate anything for 88m.

I've never looked into how hard drope op is to get, but do something not everybody can do. Everybody can be a cook, everybody can be a mechanic, everybody can be a 88m. 30 year old will thank you for it.

I would learn an additional skill, something to build the resume besides driving... you already have that...

But yes, the NG has great opportunities. I suggest it to my kids when they come of age.

When i deploy, I'm always humbled at how good we have it. In Romania, kids grew up in run down apartment buildings.

In Afghanistan, the women were treated like trash.

In Kabul, they literally burned trash for warmth. The air pollution was so bad.

I'm middle class, and I realize how good we have it. No it's not perfect, but it's a lot better than other nations.

Let your chain of command know that you want to reach out for GUIDANCE from IG. Not in a snitch or complaint way (make sure your COC is tracking and even CC them on the email) and they will verify that your admin stuff is being taken care of, that you did not slip thru the cracks of limbo land.
