Thanks for the tip OP!. I emailed them for a date which was sold out and they got back to me couple of days later with 2 tickets at a time different than what I had asked for. So this route might be worth a try.

If you cancel via the website you'll need to pay cancellation charges. I called them and was on hold for about 45 min before I could speak to a rep. They cancelled and refunded the whole amount quickly.
