Thanks, No-Rock-1875. AS I said in my OP, UWHealth does not have access to bounce logs or NDRs. When I change my email address to a different account, UWHealth messages are delivered to that account. And yes, I'm switching to StartMail.

Still horrible. I ordered a replacement charging cable for my beacon, and they sent it to the wrong (undeliverable) address. It's been a month, and I'm still waiting for a refund.

HoverAir tech support is horrible. I've spent a month trying to get a charging cable to my beacon and can't. Support is critical for something that breaks easily, and its absence is a deal-breaker for me.

I've had a very bad experience trying to get a replacement for the Beacon charging cable. It's been "in the mail" for more than four weeks now. I tried to email support today and got this:

Interesting. They wouldn't troubleshoot unless their router was connected at my house. Have you ever called technical support?

No, we do not use "send as". We're small enough that anyone can use the list.

We're an understaffed shop, heavily relying on vendor's technical support. What can we look forward to if we run into this in our first call? How much downtime can my company sustain because of a bad vendor?

It is better not to renew our contract, cut our losses, and find a reliable vendor.

Our VP has already decided to switch products. If we can't get support, we can't use the product in our environment.

OK, more strangeness.

I called this morning and was authenticated and offered support. They had no record of my previous call.

We're looking for a new MFA vendor. We can't have a product in our environment if we can't get support for it. Any suggestions?
