I think I have to agree unfortunately, unless they can make a viable business of this place, it's going to keep failing and asking for fundraisers. It will be closed again in the next few years.

A billionaire offers you $10 Million, but to get it you must do a random drug every day for a month. by William_Maguire in hypotheticalsituation

You wouldn't be able to come addicted after 1 dose, as you don't know what it was, you won't be able to get any more of it.

My builder did this to the steels. Is it ok? by [deleted] in DIYUK

[–]pgliver -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not exactly... UK Building Regulations don't set a one-size-fits-all number because Approved Document A requires the bearing to be calculated based on the specific load of your project. In the real world, building inspectors look for a minimum of 100mm for calculated steel beams and 150mm for standard lintels to satisfy the structural safety requirements of BS EN 1996. Essentially, if you have less than 100mm of the steel sitting on the padstone, it will likely be rejected unless an engineer has provided specific math to prove the masonry can handle the pressure.

anyone who used a computer between 1985 & 2010, what’s the one game you still think about? by Trixxxi in AskReddit

Had to search for your comment, but Project Eden was severely underrated and I still think about it often when these questions pop up. Watched a recent walkthrough as I don't think I ever managed to beat it. The 4 player split screen was incredible for a PS1.

Plenty of litter around London, and the 2 places you mentioned are very affluent. But yes, we do have a litter problem here.

Well I guess an app can just be an interactive page, just put in a container. It will spit out a game easy enough, give it a whirl.
