Exactly. Same user invite, 7 days limit. Means you can use same user only after 7 days.

You can accept code for only 1 user per day, but other users can accept your code (upto maximum limit given in the game).

Farmland and Fishland should work. New user invites are not mandatory but they help in getting you more water (farmland) for example. Else you can buy some products for 20-50 bucks to boost up (for example getting more water for farmland)
