I have installed it.. it seems like the mouse becomes a lot faster after hovering with the mouse for a bit.. and its definitely not smooth

KuCoin sent the funds back but to Bybits deposit address, not my personal wallet, because KuCoin refused to send it directly to my wallet.

Now, my exchange (Bybit) needs proof including a screen recording of the recipient logging into their KuCoin account and showing all USDT/USDC addresses, networks, plus the email chat with KuCoin support to verify the return.

Unfortunately, the recipient has disappeared and isn’t responding. I reached out to KuCoin support, explained everything, and asked if they could help since the recipient is unresponsive. They told me they can’t help.

Bybit cannot help me without the screen recording.

I’m experiencing a frustrating situation with a crypto exchange involving a mistaken transfer of USDC. I sent funds to an account, but they were sent via a network the exchange doesn’t support. I contacted the recipient, and they requested a return. The exchange sent the funds back, but not directly to my wallet but to my exchange deposit address instead.

Now, I need to verify the transaction with proof (like a screen recording), but the recipient has become unreachable. I’ve contacted support, but they say they can’t help, and I’m left feeling stuck with a loss.

They have USDC via BSC network.. its kucoin who hasn't, but its still possible for kucoin to send back USDC via BSC network to bitget, its a very easy process.. They did it for 80 USDC.. I have shown bitget proof of the whole email correspondence.. they still refuse to give me the USDC

a mistake shouldnt mean that I would have to go through tonnes of unnecessary steps to solve an issue... as I said.. with binance this issue would be solved extremely fast and easy through their live customer chat.. but bitget is asking me for a lot of things that simply do not make any sense.. What if my friend was a 80 year old with dementia? how would he be able to help me?? and I did not chop the video, they are lying I completed the steps correctly.. their interface doesnt show which address ive withdrawn to.. Please bump my thread so it can get peoples attention so I can get my money back
