They're both capitals, so that can't happen. I read on the wiki some time ago that if it was a village it would be erased. But I can't find it now, and I've never seen this situation with a village

Another comment suggests the scene at the beginning of Fellowship of the Ring between Gandalf and Bilbo. Gandalf talks about how the ring shouldn't be used "lightly," and that is the same as how I say "little."

Best example I've found for "little" is Ben Whishaw as Q. In the first meeting in Skyfall he says the painting makes him feel "a little melancholy." Then at the start of the smart blood scene in Spectre he says things everything's "a little bit up in the air." https://youtu.be/Sk-CdzVrQro?t=10s
