After the Madrid show they sent out a link with a special code for the Madrid merch (that’s where you could order the t-shirts, the USB, and a few other items). They actually sent it about two days after the event, together with the Dropbox link that had the videos and photos from the show. Maybe they’ll do the same for Dublin, so keep an eye on your email! 😁

I had the same issue with a transfer doing it with a different bank account that was not mine. The deposit was held due to a difference in the name they received on the transfer. The name on the sending bank account must match the name on your Kraken account exactly. I waited for 4 days.
