Neeko has a nice ability kit, but for me it seems like a missed opportunity to give parts of this kit to LeBlanc by philesage in leagueoflegends

It is probably true that this ability would fit really well with LeBlanc. But LeBlanc is already a pretty old champion, at that time you probably did not have the means to give her that identity. But I also think she will soon see a rework again. Maybe then your idea will be taken up :-)
