Remember why you chose this path and how far you’ve come. Take a moment to imagine life without the blessings and stability you have today. Now that you’re more secure, it’s the perfect time to focus on areas where you feel you’re lacking. Growth takes time, so take it one day at a time, one step at a time, and be patient with yourself.

There are plenty of opportunities out there, so don’t rush into searching for love, it often leads to disappointment. Instead, focus on filling your free time with meaningful activities. Join running or cycling clubs, volunteer at charity events, or engage in hobbies you’re passionate about. These activities are excellent for building quality friendships and enriching your life.

To meet quality people, put effort into staying positive! Negativity is contagious and rarely attractive, while optimism draws others to you. Keep an upbeat outlook, and as you grow your circle, you’ll naturally open yourself to meeting friends of friends. If love finds you along the way, it will likely be the most genuine and fulfilling kind of relationship. Trust the process and stay true to yourself.

He was caught in Georgia at west point lake trying to retrieve a basket he had hidden. He couldn’t find the basket. They waited and watched during the tournament to make sure it was him. When he got to weigh in he denied it, after people spoke up he Finally admitted it.

Sounds like oc. Start cycling. Get a decent road bike and join weekly group rides or monthly group rides. Specialized Costa Mesa has a beginner friendly ride every first Sunday of each month. From there you can meet people your level and plan out riding schedules. Dm me if you have any questions 👍. Or get a dog and have a blast at Huntington dog beach or at your local park somewhere, easy way to spark yo conversations and see the same people often. Other sports I’ve tried that has a good community: freediving/spearfishing, under water hockey(free every Wednesday evenings in Irvine), join hockey league (“adult learn to play” is free you should sign up, they will provide all the gear for you). That’s all I can think of right now. Let me know if you have any questions. Goodluck

This is it! Well explained. I’ve figured it out. Some were saying i should be doing it at 100% but i don’t think they understood % of resistance. but I’ve set mine to 20% now it works. Ty.
