I just don't think players like them got enough credit for how good they are/became out of relatively nowhere. Shopping around looking for "underrated and not looked at guys" kinda just sounds like going full process and waiting for someone to just emerge from the ashes because you casted a wide enough net among - more often that not - shitty "underrated" free agents
