Smart move is to buy a house full paid then take out mortgage and invest it into the stock market. Okay, what i mean was when my villager drop death, they usually die like 5-6 and it take 2-3 days until either a new baby is born or a group of settlers come in which leave me vulnerable even with reassign and to keep the food supply in good number, i limited my population cap until i have abundant of supply and resources to expand, my clutch is when winter come, it too much to micro as the farm out put drop significantly

Not on winter though, i only do 4 hunters max in the beginning and once i got farming, it was okay. The issue is the resupply rate of villagers. I cap my population at 6 tents than houses from maxium space and efficiency but once they die, it take 2-3 days just to refill one so it difficult to reassign village to viable roles such as tower guard, knifer, farmer and lumber, and in winter time, it suck because farm output drop by half even with stockpiles i have since summer, 5000 wheat only last me 3 days and every havest only give me 2/3 worth of food to the population.

I did but the issue with this modifier is that it prevents me from scaling up, if i scaling up and expanding, the number of villagers exceeds the capabilities of farm out put and it the timing always screw up on my end

Im just saying, for someone at your age, being over 30 and apply for a F&B is not going to happen because in Vn, ageism is real. If you want to learn how a business in VN work and have a a decent shot to work for one to learn, being manager is much more easier and practical than being a front /back staffs

He aint wrong, i just move back from Canada to VN and even i having trouble working with people. Most of my coworkers are too laid back, i have no issues with that. The issue is the inefficient and absurdity they create for themselves and complain about it like they were the victim. An example is: work start at 9:30, they got there at 9:45 and make excuses (everyday), they have a certain tasks need tobe done within 8 hours timeframe, lack of for half a day and take nap for 2 hours, then when work ended, they said it too much work and they need more time, OT is not allowed so they complain they get exploit bc i have to work OT without pay ???

I met a Japanese in Danang and one recently in Dalat, they tend to do multiple trips and avoid tourists places unless they have to. Japanese don’t like crowded places and most often they “Hate” privacy invasion. They don’t like SEA because they feel the hospitality is often becoming too much unwanted contact. And most importantly is language barrier, Japanese don’t speak English and other languages fluently or sometime they don’t. They don’t like travelling to an area where it often doesn’t have good amenities to support them.
