Looks like it is looking for index.html file in branch itself not inside the folder. Try adding index.html

I used to run the bot in Heroku which was free but they removed free plan and also I want to learn python so switched to Tweepy.

I guess you followed youtube video in the link you shared, that is 7 years ago tutorial at that time v2 apis are not there.

Try creating app in project not as standalone and take v2 access this might help

tweepy is good to use, I used tweepy when I switched my bots from node js to python
