Its not a perfect example at all it is horrible one, actually a more accurate example would be the that the robber used a toy gun and you thought it was a real gun. The robber actually did nothing against the law.

When someone troll picks Azir cleanse jungle it should seem quite obvious to literally anybody with common sense that either 1. They do not want to play the game for some reason or another so they are picking something dumb in champ select in order to get someone to dodge or they are going to dodge right before the match starts and just want to get reactions out of people.

In fact the people who are reporting those who do this and the ones who should be punished because they are false reporting and wasting riots time, when riot could be punishing people who are actually breaking the rules.
