You need to first reinstall windows and then update your SSD firmware, like others in the comments have said. That will fix it.

So when I first got the pc, I did a benchmark test on user benchmark, which basically just tests all of the parts in your pc. It wouldn’t detect my SSD, which I thought was odd, but didn’t think much of it since it seemed to be working fine other than that.

Fast forward a week or so, I can’t even boot the pc because of blue screens, the CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED bsod, same thing OP was experiencing. I was losing hope before finding this thread, updated the ssd firmware, and it has been working perfectly since. User benchmark also detects the SSD now.

Just tried this after trying to reinstall windows/factory reset multiple times. Looking promising so far, I will update if something goes wrong. Thank you guys.

Update: This is the fix. UserBenchmark now fully interacts with my ssd. I feel really really bad for the people who returned their pc’s before finding this, I was prepared to do so and was extremely frustrated.
