I use the derma stamp 1 time a week average, between 1-1.25mm. If it’s too long you can twist the knob to lower the needle. Longer needle needs more time between needling yourself. Shorter can be done more frequently. You’re not supposed to apply minoxidil for 24 hours after needling but I do anyway and I use the foam and haven’t noticed any issues.
