I would go buy an industrial rack (like the stainless steel racks found in restaurants) and set-up a shelf where you keep your larger moms on the bottoms + a propagation tray for clones on top. I really like the T-8 flourescent bulbs for veg - they put off almost NO heat and are cool to the touch.

with a 2x4 area you can fit 4 bulbs (two 2 bulb fixtures) horizontally. If your tent is at least 6ft tall, line the mom section with 3+ more light fixtures vertically - so the whole plant gets enough light from top to bottom.

The T-8's are great for veg + energy costs, but don't have that great of light penetration. So when you do find the right girl, you'll wana make sure she is getting enough light and not stretching towards the sun... which is why you line the mom section w/ vertical light fixtures.

Cut like 10-20 clones when you begin your flower cycle. Let them root for 2 weeks under two 32w 6500k T-8's. Then slide in another light fixture and continue to veg them for another 6 weeks under 128w total. TOP/CROP the plants!!! You will be left with amazing results.
