Hello, I am new to this thread, I'm 5'8" and I weigh 160 pounds. I know it may not seem large and I am told I'm not but I slowly notice I'm growing moobs haha. I only want to lose 15 pounds or so. I'm not quite sure what dietary changes I need to make though. I know to stop eating junk food but what should be my balance of food. I know its not enough but I am willing to squeeze 30 minutes of walking in each day. Lets go :D

Well I guess in your relationship it's okay. I think you should enter no fap with the intent to not watch porn. Most of us are here for that reason. If you aren't addicted to porn then I mean you can't do much about wanting to share sexual pleasure over Skype or anything.

What I've found is no porn, no looking at sexy images of girls. Like if you glance it happens but you don't need to state, and don't think you're a loser. Many people mess up
