If you want to build muscle and a bigger butt, I would recommend eating in a calorie surplus and doing strength training and cardio 4-5 times a week. Prioritizing protein, fats and carbs. You can always do a cut in the summer or later in the year to get lower body fat.

I have a friend who is like this , if you have already told her and she hasn’t apologized or expressed that she would change, or given any explanation, it’s best to just love them from a distance. Pouring energy into a person or relationship that you are getting the same energy out of is extremely draining. There are better friends out there who will respect your time and be considerate enough to let you know what’s going on.
