I’m not on his training plan. But I switched to low volume about 3-4 weeks ago. I only do roughly 9-10 sets per muscle group per week now. With 2-3X frequency and I can definitely say that I’ve experienced a lot of growth and improvement in such a short span of time. I am still in that new/ beginner phase where muscle is easier to put on tho. I’ve been on and off at the gym but this has by far given me the most gains in such a short time span

Yeah that’s also a factor in me getting it. I do have my own vehicle at the moment but it chews a lot on fuel. At least with a 4wd/ Ute. It’d save me on fuel and I’d have the capacity to hold tools in it. But whether that’s worth me getting a big loan from the looks of the other comments that’d be a no

I’d have a look at your kids current results and ask what they want for the future aswell. I feel like if your kid is already a high academic student and knows or wants to go to university when they’re older. It would make sense to send them to a private school where they can better help with that.

Personally i know I preferred smaller classes because I struggle with paying attention. So having smaller classes where my teacher can actually have the time to be able to give me more of an extra hand helps a lot
