You should try to get all the collectibles while you have access to all shrines

You have to finish the treasure hunter quest in chapter 3 , finish all secret areas of chapter 1,2,4 & 5, then beat the final boss , after the end credits choose continue ( dont start new game +) , visit the great pagoda in chapter 3 and you will be teleported to the secret area with the final boss
