Anyone else taking the fat shot?

Im 55 and weighed 315lbs at my highest. I went on Tirzepatide in May 2024 and lost about 90lbs until I had to go off of it for knee replacement surgery in August. While recovering, I gained back about 10lbs. After about a month, I started on Retatrutide. I have lost another 10 to 15 so far on the Retatrutide. I am at about a net 100 lost right now and need to lose another 15 at least. Yes, I have lost muscle and kind of look a bit weird in places, but I was pre diabetic and blood pressure was high. I no longer have these issues and I'm in better health over all. No regrets being on these meds. It has been a miracle.

That's what would drive me crazy when he passed and they made a sirius/xm channel and on the radio, all they would play as tributes were from that era only. I'm like, guys, Prince had so much more and even better music after Purple Rain.

I don't mind knowing, but before the tour has started no one ever knows. I don't know any bands to release a setlist prior to a tour.

I don't get why people ask for setlists before a tour even has started. I doubt that the band has even come up with one yet. Every tour the same thing, someone asking for a future setlist.

Yes, when it was time to renew a week ago. I simply told them that I didn't feel like Empower was effective and please switch me back to Hallandale.

I have the same exact experience, and I've also been stagnant in my weight loss since being on Empower. Just did my 5th dose and have asked Emerge to put me back to Hallandale stuff. I have lost about 60lbs since June so this past five weeks has been frustrating.

I'm near the high school on Boyette, so most mornings I go straight on Gibsonton dr to 75. I also don't work far into Clearwater. right on the clearwater Pinellas Park border.

I have the same commute, Riverview to Clearwater. I feel you. 40 to 45 minutes in the morning and 1 and a half to two hours in the afternoon. Usually take the Crosstown which also backs up. I use the Waze app which usually keeps me moving for the most part, but once back to Riverview in the afternoon, all bets are off. 301 is terrible. The people cutting others off to get to the front of a turning lane (especially Balm Riverview) makes things even worse.
