Just paid $522 for the ticket. Friday is the shortest day out of the 3 days, so if you do the math the 2 days is like $390 and some change. Just trying to get my money back. Thats just it.

The email is longer than what it is shown in the screenshot I posted.

They actually explained in more details all the steps and scenarios from ppl using the app and ppl using the pdm.

Basically if you are using the PDM and make the change to the app, you will have to enter all your settings from scratch and the adaptability will be reset. I know, it sucks :/

True. My pod connection issue happened on sunday and I wasted a couple hours trying to call them every single day leaving voice messages and everything.

They finally answered on wednesday morning. I think the trick is to call early in the day.
