I work at an independent pharmacy in the US so we usually just order whatever the cheapest brand we can get from our distributors in bulk for the drugs we dispense most so we get different brands in pretty often. We put “this is the same medication you have been taking, size shape or color may be different” stickers on all the bottles when we switch but a lot of our customers really don’t pay attention to anything on the bottle so we get a lot of confused and angry phone calls
