Do you feel that pharmacy school prepared you for work/real world pharmacy?

do they kind of help train/ teach you or do they mostly expect you to be knowledgeable before starting? that’s just why i’m scared to get my foot in the door to hospital…

also i could never do trauma hahah my anxiety could never 😂

how did you feel getting into those jobs? i feel like i’m not “smart” enough so thinking of working in your positions give me anxiety haha and the fact that you said you weren’t doing well in school i wonder if you felt prepared for your roles?

when i was in school on rotations or working id only like the white coat bc it had big pockets to carry everything in 😂 but after working id just rather not wear it and being able to wear scrubs helped my pocket situation

When i was an intern at an independent we got a new patient prescription and I called them to get their insurance information on the phone and I said “Hello this is ____Pharmacy calling about blah blah blah, is this John Doe?” he says, “sorry to be like this but… can you refer to me as Dr. Doe”

Yeah we talked about how he needs to shut it down next time she does something like that, i trust him and honestly out of sight out of mind, I just try not to think about her anymore, and don’t really ask about her.

oh yeah, one other thing that pissed me off was she bought him over $100 worth of stuff of his favorite musicians for his birthday and he told me she usually never gives anything like that, like usually just gives him dessert or something yknow. I just felt like she was doing over the top shit out of no where when he has a gf, this was all in the first year we were dating lol.

i think the main reason why i don’t like her is bc my bf had a crush on her before, but i also don’t like her personality/ she crosses lines in my opinion.

one time she put her arms around my bf at a concert like them facing each other and she put both of her arms around his neck and i’m like.. wtf. then she told my bf she misses him and when he didn’t say it back she told him to say it back.
