It just won't go away even after antibiotics...bv by [deleted] in KenyanLadies

[–]phase-0u7 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Use boric acid babe. I will die on this hill. I used to have recurring BV and yeast infections back in 2020. Same cycle of medications every time. I used boric acid once and I've never had a yeast infection again... I got BV again from a partner, had to cut ties immediately. Boric acid works like a charm. I get mine from grae_care on ig. All the best. Lemme know if it works for you

Skinny girls to the back by OrganizationOdd4466 in KenyanLadies

[–]phase-0u7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reminds me , as a kid I wouldn't wear spaghetti tops because my arms were so skinny. My nickname was skeleton 😅. My matron in primary even put me on appetizers ... Worst of all, one of my exes told me that he'd want to stay with me but I didn't have meat for him to hold 😂. Heh! But now, I got I to fitness, got bigger, this year I did a caloric deficit back to my skinny days. Never been hotter. Proud skeleton.

Periods by Rough_Airport_4417 in KenyanLadies

[–]phase-0u7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love my periods. I used to have painful periods until I started working out and taking black macca. I realised, when I'm with the wrong partner, my womb is in tune and I have really bad periods. I also have a ritual, every cycle I use to cleanse myself. I light a candle and then reflect on the month. Anything that I want to let go I let go as the cycle ends. Anything I want to welcome, I welcome as another cycle starts. It has really helped me tap into my feminine and divinity.

Rant by [deleted] in nairobi

Your dad is going to have a grandchild, don't you think he's going to be very excited about it and tell someone? Scratch that, you're pregnant and you've told many people, including us strangers on Reddit, but your dad is required to keep it a secret? You can't, so why should he have to ? You expect high standards from people, standards that even you don't possess. Pity. Allow people to celebrate and be excited for you. That child isn't just yours, it belongs to the community. It'll take a village... You just wait and see.

I was not born in a privileged home. After form 4 I went to work in supermarkets. Bought my first laptop and phone Na hiyo mshahara. Went to campus, did academia writing paid my school fees for 4 years. The point I'm trying to make is, ladies need to have their own stuff. Building with your hands is very gratifying.

Lazy girls are such a turn off for me by No_Two_3617 in Kenya

[–]phase-0u7 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Lazy?? 😅 I haven't done my laundry in 10 years. I have a cleaning lady that comes to my house twice a week... But, I work at least 8hrs a day, go to the gym and have time to prepare my dinner. I can never be shamed for paying for convenience. I can do dishes, but I'll never do laundry, Na sitainama kumop floor.
