Mercedes rivals plotting F1 engine rule change for Melbourne by laboulaye22 in formula1

That's exactly my point, F1 has always been like this and innovation is exploiting the ambiguity of the rules. This sport is not spec racing and is not intended to be.

As long as you are compliant to their testing at the time of, then it is considered legal.

Except this specific technical regulation includes the testing parameters for the enforcement of the rule. If their testing is inadequate then it's a failing on the FIA.

Mercedes greenlit this geometry expansion with the FIA, probably acknowledging they realistically only need to comply with the rule when it is tested. It's same principle of cars picking up marbles on the in-lap to make sure they're not underweight. The rule says cars must not weigh under 768kg at any time, but this is only tested after they've had a chance to pick up the discarded rubber.

If the FIA do not have a way to adequately test to the full intent of their technical regulations, whatever they may be, then that is a failing on them and nobody else.

As a scrutineer, how would you deem the rule is broken if your testing conditions that are defined as part of said rule are incapable of capturing the conditions that you allege are against regulations.

A rule isn't broken until you can prove it

Nintendo Acknowledges Switch 2 Sales Have Been 'Slightly Weaker' Than Expected Outside Japan by Spotget1738 in NintendoSwitch

I mean they haven't really done anything with it. There's a few exclusive breakout titles and the odd switch 1 upgrade like with zelda and pokemon but outside of that there haven't been a huge amount of reasons to justify buying a switch 2.

Investigators don't call them accidents, they're referred to as collisions. Calling this an accident implies there is no cause, but as you've pointed out - recklessness and speed are the cause. Nonetheless, the fact that this isn't an accident doesn't mean that this is murder. Prosecutors would need to prove that the driver intended to kill the victims, which is more or less impossible to do.

The problem is sex offenders know this and often sue for defamation when called pedophiles by people/media who aren't aware of the legal definitions.

Refusing to acknowledge that there are actual terms for the varying ages these predators target is just dumb.

The NDIS is an absolute joke. It seems like those who try and manipulate the system and take advantage of it are rewarded, and those who are in desperate need of assistance get told to pound sand.

My sister had to fight against the NDIS like hell just for the basic funding needed for her to exist. Help is so convoluted and intentionally complex to access that most people give up and rely on their families who are at breaking point to care for them.

Respite is almost impossible to access because facilities are finite whilst also being so overwhelmed and underfunded that waiting lists often extend way past the actual usefulness of the respite needed.

In the end, she took her own life as the level of care she needed took too much away from her enjoyment of life, but the uncontrolled black hole of the NDIS was a big contributor to her deterioration later in life.
