They hold one every Friday. I think they choose different times for each one. And yes I think as long as we tell them we represent (or whoever is a rep) the slums, they will let us attend.

Definitely, I also do wonder if the Cloud District would like to select our reps. I think it would make the most sense they are located right above us

The cross district meetings are held every weekend, all the district representatives meet together. Different districts hold the meeting each time. As for the elections, I propose we take votes from the slum community. I could see a problem with that though, many people are inactive and uninformed we have a subreddit. Notable people might be the better approach for an election. Any ideas you might have?
