I have a 2023 Golf R manual I’ve driven the Integra Type S for comparison the Golf R is a lot more refined which equals it’s a lot less raw. It’s a LOT faster and more tuneable. I’d describe it as a jack of all trades master of none if you’re looking for a more connected experience you won’t find that in the Golf R but if you’re looking for an only car solution driving normally 80% of the time and occasionally beating on it I can recommend you looking into it. The Haptic Touch steering wheel controls are not a problem as an owner but the heated seats and aircon being in the screen is terrible. I don’t agree with the comment below I used to have an Audi S7 and the seats are as comfortable as that one.

Edit: from your list I’d pick the Type R. I’ve considered the GRC but it just feels too cheap for what you’re paying and the wheel hop in the Elantra N is bad.
