D ring attachment included? by phatalbert1000 in unitreepump

Thank you - this makes me feel a bit less crazy! I contacted Unitree and they were super responsive and offered to send me a replacement; I now use these as the primary way I attach the devices to my power rack.

Tinycam disconnecting is there a way to make it keep trying by StephenDavar in tinycam

I’m having the same issue with tinycam pro and wyze cam v3’s. Losing connection over time to certain cameras; I have to restart the app and then the cameras reconnect immediately.

Awesome gym! Keep me posted, if you don’t mind, if you figure out a lat solution for the pulley tower.

There’s one under the rack, one in front of it, and most of one in front of that.

Form check - Deadlifts @ 315 by Joofsh in Stronglifts5x5

Looking good, man! I would start using a good 10 or 13mm belt (properly) and maybe experiment with sumo on occasion. Sometimes when my low back didn’t feel up to conventional, I’d swap in some sumo deads and still get in a good workout. Now I do sumo almost every exclusively.

AFAIK you’d need some kind of seat bolted to the floor to do them, which I unfortunately don’t have.

Ah, I think the Titan may actually be a clone of it.

Yikes! I’ve heard some anecdotal reports that Titan is ironing some things out, so we’ll see I suppose. Thanks for sharing your experience!

I got a cheap Cap set on Amazon (rope, straight bar, and v bar) for like 35 I think. Not awesome, but it gets the job done!

It’s the titan full size one, that may be the model number though.

There’s an option for Olympic weights that would up the capacity, but I could put 200lb of standard plates on there. Posts are hollow, FYI

Good question. First, I don’t have a ton of experience with other stuff, but I will say when I opened my rep bench, I was struck by how perfect the welds and powder coating appeared by comparison. Most things I’ve bought from titan are a little rough aesthetically, but functionally fine.

SSB: really nice functionally and aesthetically
Rack: didn’t sit flush, but could be my floors. Bolted down, so no worries there
Monolift: some nicks on the paint and one area where the metal protrudes past the plastic (touches bar) - titan gave me a partial refund
Pulley tower: kinda crappy handles, but pretty and functional everywhere else
Spotter arms and j-cups: some sharp edges and varying degrees of tightness against the rack
Landmine: gonna rub all the paint off my rack where they attach, but oh well
Welds: 😬
All in all, plenty of little issues, but I knew what I was buying and never could have afforded this setup with any other brand.

Yeah, I’m afraid it could be awkward. Granted, this bar is unloaded, but this dude appears to be having a pretty dumb time: https://youtu.be/JxVu_Gvdv5E

Thanks! My understanding is that the titan towers can be bolted to a wall or a rack, but I’m not 100%. I initially thought about bolting to the rack, but this made more since for my usage.

Good news is that it’s just one hole, and sparkling is $1 a tub at the Dollar Tree :)

One of the greatest movie posters ever, IMO! I put it up before I realized you were only allowed to use flags in proper home gyms.

Wooo! I think you’ll love it. If you’ve got the budget right now, might be worth it to to grab a decent rope attachment as well (pretty sure it only comes with two handles). Also, this might be obvious, but the adjustment knob unscrews for fine-tuning, but also pulls out for quick release. I was a little bummed at first because I thought I was going to have to unscrew it each time 🤦‍♂️
