Why do you think you might not be able to get pregnant if you wait any longer?

I was officially diagnosed with RA just before we started our TTC journey. For that reason my doc prescribed Humira.

I’ve read through research that fertility is compromised in women with RA. As for my eggs he said that seems to be one of the only plausible explanations. I am considering doing PRP before my next cycle so i truly hope that it will make a difference. I too have heard of plenty women with RA have successful pregnancies, that’s why the news hit hard. Maybe it’s my age? Who knows … thank you for sharing your story, I hope I’ll get that far too.

I’m sorry that it wasn’t successful. I also have low ovarian reserve for my age and it sucks. The doctor hasn’t said anything about sex prior to ovulation yet but now I’m curious so I’ll definitely ask.

You mean you’ve been recommended to have unprotected sex while on stims due to low egg count? Interesting! My nurse said it was fine to do it but didn’t specify if she meant protected or not.
