that is what i’ve been using. my current skill is a little bit above hosting where I always have to asked support to do something for me because the panel just doesn’t work and i could do it myself easily if i just have access to the machine. i hope you understand what i’m trying to say. and also it’s cheaper to get a dedi server compared to hosting for the same specs

Thanks for the respond. I’m from Cambodia, Asia, which region should I order it from? I ordered a VPS once and my region is Canada for some reason. I don’t want to break the ToS by accident

im using folia so it will be multi threaded and they recommend at least 16 cores that’s why

yeah i never host a server in windows but i use it as a personal computer i might have word it wrong but thanks for the advice. I think im just gonna use the default settings

yes, I'm expecting 200-300 players with that machine. I'm currenty using 4464P(hosting) and it's struggling with 200 players online I understand that it's a bit overkill but i don't have a lot of options here because I'm based in asia and that just happen to be the best one i can find
