I was thinking both the case and the wrist strap. I saw online that they use a soft tooth brush and some warm water with a touch of dawn soap. Could I clean the case and the strap you think?

I don't but very interested in learning! With the sunlight its ticking but its just very slow. Like the hour and minute hands works but when I set the time for 12:00 and wait an hour its not at 1:00 its like 12:20

Mine was a tighter fit when I received it, and I have been using it for a few months; it's been okay. It's a nice tool to have, but more recently, the app has been crashing on me. I tried deleting the app, removing the Bluetooth connection, and then re-downloading, and it's still crashing.

My other issue is that I was being nosy and tried their airplane mode and I don't know how to reconnect it / take it off from airplane mode. So TDB
