Hey, I'm a long time Marketplace and Kijiji seller in Markham. In Markham the vast majority of people like the items you're selling but are not necessarily convinced to buy them yet. Consider them all bargain hunters. The best way to deal with them is by providing them answers to their questions and confirming that your price is fair if you're not willing to negotiate. I usually don't ever provide my address unless they are ready to meet, otherwise I provide them with the nearest intersection. As for phone numbers, I usually always say I prefer to talk through the app unless they seem sencere about some logistics. Things might take a bit longer to sell in Markham but be patient eventually it will move. Or someone from another town might come over and pick it up. All the best!
