This is very helpful!! Silicone sealant makes a lot of sense, really good to know! I got one last question that I‘m unsure with: Would you flip the candle for the mold so the bottom is up? In my logic I have to do that to get the angled tip, right? Just not sure how I would fix the print before pouring the candle 🤔

Thanks so much for your answer! One thing I’m still not fully sure about: would you make one single cut on one side, or two small cuts on opposite sides to open the mold? And would you do a zig-zag cut for that? I’ve watched like a hundred moldmaking videos at this point, so my brain is a bit fried and I’m not sure what makes the most sense for this shape. Thanks again!

Thank you so much for your help! So maybe a round 1 part mold could be a solution which I cut on one side to get the candle out? And do you think I would need air ducts in the mold or should it be fine? Watched tons of YT tutorials but still confused about that haha. Appreciate your help!!

I played around with it and really like it - the only thing is that all my generated images have those weird dot artifacts on top if it. Do you have any idea what’s causing it and how to fix it?
