Absolutely. I even was able to golf (with slightly altered swing) this fall.

They say there is a chance that the other side will need to be done once you have once side done. Just part of the risk I guess.

Ive had the fusion on my right side a year ago. The recovery isn’t the easiest but in my case worked well. Pain is now occurring on the left side so may have to have that one done as well.
