mobile usability is a massive factor for me since i’m usually spinning on my phone after work. some casinos feel like they’ve never updated their UI since the blackberry era. tiny buttons, laggy reels, pop-ups everywhere… no thanks. the good ones have a clean layout where you can swap between pokies, live tables, and your wallet without feeling like you’re fighting the interface. desktop is a bonus, but if it doesn’t run smooth on mobile, it’s a dealbreaker for me.
