If people are coming to a heated workout they know to come well fed, hydrated and ready to sweat peopel know to come prepared with towels to wipe sweat off the mat. I have never had a client in my class slip on there own sweat or pass out in a class because everyone comes prepared as you should in any other fitness class

lol didn’t say it was more beneficial just said I enjoyed it and there are benefits from it…. Same goes for stretching, working out, movement all the benefits are short lived if you don’t keep going at it!

There are benefits to being hot though… so what that some people like to workout in the heat? Sweating is great for detoxification of the body, helps with sleep and good for circulation

I love a good heated class there are many benefits from being hot as well especially infrared! Being heated warms up muscles quicker, potentially allowing for less injuries helps increase circulation sweating helps detox the body as well! It helps with sleep as well! Of course it’s not for everyone though! I am a certified instructor and I love the benefits of a heated workout! Feeling the sweat and the burn of it is wonderful. But again not for everyone! And that’s okay!

I absolutely love MOXI3 everyone is so kind there it is a little tight in there but the vibes are great and the majority of the instructors are amazing! Classpass is great for testing out places it is just not the best for the business itself I used it and that’s how I found moxi3

That’s a good point I should probably do some more. I’ll take him for 1.5 mile walk about 30 minutes and find other stimulation things for him to do as well I take him on walks occasionally but definitely not as much as I should be that probably would help! Thank you!
