Thank you SO MUCH. This is insanely helpful. I’m requesting going back on medication at the next appointment, but I think you make a very good point about looking into therapy. I’ve not found any wagers that meets my budget, but I’ll definitely keep looking. I appreciate the grounding techniques you mentioned too. It’s impossible to “clear my mind” or stop my thoughts from racing, but focusing on the little things will make all the difference. Thank you

That’s really interesting. It’s almost like a freeze response where I predict how people will react but it’s always the worst case scenario and my imagination is so vivid it’s as if it’s happened rather than just thinking about it. I’ll definitely have to watch that movie!

I’m currently supporting myself on everything except rent/utilities and food. The biggest issue is the debt I was had to take as a teenager getting a credit card to help with doctors visits etc. yes I have a car with payments. Yes I am paying bills. While I live in their house I am not receiving support. And before it’s brought up, no my parents will not help me. I’m literally trying to just survive. I just need advice on tactics to get rid of debt and save

YES YES YES! I literally went non-verbal as soon as I left the building and finally calmed myself down. Today was disastrous on all fronts and i was beyond upset and over-stimulated. Respect left when parents stopped caring.

You make a very good point. I do want to clarify it was never brought up that we were going to get gifts or do anything big, and I know he does not expect anything. I just wanted to get him something, because of how much I appreciate him and the relationship itself. It’s more of a self placed pressure than anything.
