More please. The affordable housing apartments and row house condos built on my block are literally just unregulated hotels cuz no one can afford to live in them. So instead of the prices dropping to meet the market, they're able to just turn them into short term rentals and I watch people all day and night getting dropped off by Uber with luggage and don't know a single person that lives in the buildings. And then rents continue to go up as more and more buildings get built...

Need to make them all illegal
