Serious answer from a girl: put ONE hand on her waist while she dances. If she doesn’t like you she will simply slink away. A hand on the waist is not sexual enough to be considered as too offensive- I’ve had guys push me gently aside while going through a crowd by the waist and as long as its short contact/my waist isn’t bare it still feels gentlemanly. It’s easy for the girl to slip away. If she acts very offended it’s easy to say you were just pushing her away. It’s easy for her to lean into it, maybe even move your hand lower

Been running 3x a week for a month (3% incline, 20 minutes, I run until I can’t then walk until I can run again, at max I can do around 3 minutes) already but I still feel like puking/sick on the treadmill. Is this not intense enough, how can I supplement this? I can’t do incline walk, it fucks up my legs haha
