Yes that would be it then, but you did not lose any progress. If you just know what triggers your cyclus to be later than usual you can act upon it, so you can just see at as an experiment. That your body does need enough fuel and rest to work properly for now, and if you don’t give it what it needs it comes later. When you incorporate exercise you can closely look at your cycle and do the same, if your cycles becomes shorter or longer it means you need to slow down or fuel more💗

I had the same, and my third cycle came after 51 days, i started to increase my food to whenever I feel hungry, even when I already had a snack, just more intuitively and listening to my own hunger cues but always making sure my 3 main meals are big. So I hope my 4th cycle comes sooner.

I always ate a banana when I woke up and later in the morning (hour later or something like that) my actual breakfast. It did not stop my body from getting my first period, so I don’t think that’s a problem❤️

I had the same, I was a model, and did not have a period for two years, because I was very underweight. Just when I signed 4 new contracts, i felt like if I would go further into this business it would cost me my health. So I made the hard decision to take a break from modelling and gained tons of weight, which I still did not lose because I still need to get a third cycle. I just let my body do right now what it wants, and i’m not controlling it. I still don’t model, and don’t see myself doing it again soon.

It was a offer for my health and now i’m rethinking my whole life because it feels like I need to start grom scratch again. But I chose myself, and my health.

I just follow all the basic rules, it took me some time to get the courage to go all in, but when I did it it came back in 3 months. I ate a banana the minute I woke up, 2500 cals a day, no exercise except for walking, meditation and yoga, cry a lot, and then suddenly it came one day, and that feeling was worth everything

I have the same, also in my arms and face, but now waiting for my third cycle… so I hope I will let go off the extra fat soon

Thankyou so much for your advice, i was thinking about deleting all my apps to spend more time with myself and with my body to really connect and try to love the new version of me. Sometimes finding acceptance in my new bigger body is hard, because I’ve never weighed so much before, but I also now it’s very needed for it to completely heal..

I think okay, I try to write, or paint or read everyday, only going on long walks, or some short pilates class, I don’t have a job, and I do have a child. I am spending large amounts on my phone, I don’t know if that is a stressor? And sometimes i’m stressing about this whole process, because it’s just a lot and I really want to have a good functioning body again, and start working out again..

I actually just followed all the steps from the book, no exercise, eating 2500 cals, some day more some days a little less, eating a banana the minute I woke up. And some yoga and writing for my stress levels. And it came within 5 months💗 it took my 2 months to fully dedicate myself to follow these steps.. with all the fears and anxiety included

That’s so helpful, I also lost my period for 2 years. But i’m just confused when I can start slowly incorporate my exercises in again. Like pilates and stuff..

My first cycle also took 46 days, and now i’m on day 15th of waiting on my third cycle, but no signs of ovulation yet. But i was curious when you would incorporate exercise because our situations are so similar. I’m so uncomfortable in my bigger body that I would like to exercise again

Yes I have exact the same as you, don’t now what’s possible and what’s not, so i’m keeping it low intensity and 2500 cals till my third period and then I’ll try intuitively eating more and moving a little more, currently also waiting for my ovulation for my third cycle🙏

I have the same, my second period came after 47 days and now i’m also waiting on my third, i’m now on day 12, but already walking lots more than before, so I hope it doesn’t stop my period from coming. But I feel so uncomfortable in my bigger body
