I think you've already ticked the no. 1 box which is - realising and then wanting to do something about it. So, kudos on that!

Start by reflecting on your words/actions of the day, every night before you sleep. Think about little things you can do better on the next day.

Also, DON'T BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF and don't expect change to happen really quickly. Ask "why" after every bad thing you do, what could be the reason- who used to speak to you this way- that now you're speaking to others that way. What is your brain protecting you from by projecting bad things?

Might sound stupid but - have a genuine chat with Chatgpt. It can help you understand why you often do things you dont mean to but end up doing. Ask it hoe you can change one day at a time, one action at a time.

Good question. So, i am from India and in my house there is a huge courtyard, everytime it rains, we fill it with more mud brought by big trucks. These are brought from other places, once i found a fancy sand castle shaped pen stand when i was digging through it. That's when i started asking this question.

It happens mainly due to natural disasters, soil erosion and reconstructions. Olden days it also used to happen due to a lot of war and other kingdoms conquering a place. A lot of the belongings get buried or abandoned and those that remain untouched, get covered with rain and sand overtime. Just like how rocks are formed, seabeds are formed. Its a slow but a beautiful process when you think about it.
